The application does not collect or transfer personal data, with the exception of the following technical information:

1. Technical Device Data

We may collect anonymized technical information:

  • device model;
  • iOS version;
  • application performance information;
  • internal error analytics (crash logs).

This data does not identify the user and is used only to improve application performance.

2. Voluntarily Provided Data

If a user contacts us via a feedback form or contact details, they may provide:

  • message text.

This information is used only to respond to the user.

Data Usage

We use data only for:

  • improving application stability;
  • bug fixing;

Buhgalter Gold iOS does not use:

Device Access

The application may request access to:

  • Internet - for receiving current data,
  • Notifications (if enabled by the user).

The application DOES NOT request access to: camera, photo album, contacts, geolocation, microphone.

Cookies and Other Technologies

The application does not use cookies.

The website qidra.io may use cookies in the future, but only for technical purposes.

Data Storage

If you have provided us with data directly (e.g., email), it is stored:

  • in secured systems of QIDRA company,
  • only for the duration of processing the request.

Data Protection

We apply the following security measures:

  • HTTPS encryption,
  • limited data access,
  • no data transfer to third parties.

Children's Data

The application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Policy Changes

We may periodically update this Policy. The last update date is always indicated at the top.
